Recceology Holdings are the ultimate majority shareholders of most parts of the Recceology Group, managing essential core functions, providing business support and company administration services. In addition to this, they provide strategic direction for the Group in respect of acquisition and disposal, direction on policy and provide a conduit within the Group for component businesses to act through when dealing with eachother. Recceology Holdings operate as Recceology Corporate Services. The company is registered in Europe under an alternative name which is not disclosed online for security reasons.
Recceology Corporate Services functions also as a testing shell for new business; researching and proving new business options before their establishment as a new subsidiary. Consequently, Recceology Central Services may have additional divisions from time to time.
The Corporate Services function, through the wholly-owned subsidiary Patrimoine Immobilier Recceology (PIR) also control all premises owned by the Group companies and act as the property owner, whilst PIR also act as advisers to Group companies in matters of property acquisition, disposal and leasing. It is planned that PIR will be transferred to the new Recceology Central Services function in 2009.
In 2008, It was decided to explore licensing operations for the technologies and systems used in divisions (Recceology Czempa-Gendolla), the techniques and research material (Recceology Field Services), and certain parts of the Corporate Services function - creating wider awareness of the Recceology brand which will receive a further boost in 2008 with the launch of both media services and product lines. Recceology Central Services will be comprised of the first licensed operation.
